How MeDB works

No spreadsheets, no jargon. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.

  1. 1

    Add your results

Enter your blood test results — or bring them in from a file. MeDB tidies everything into one place and lines up each marker so you can finally see it over time. (Smart import straight from your lab PDFs is coming soon.)

  2. 2

    See where you stand

Every marker gets its own timeline, with the range you're aiming for shaded right in. You choose what “good” means for you — your lab's range, your own target, or a clinically optimal one — and MeDB shows you where you sit and which way you're heading.

  3. 3

Spot what needs attention — early

MeDB flags markers that are out of range, or quietly drifting toward the edge, so you can do something while it's still small. That's the whole idea: small, early changes instead of big ones later.

  4. 4

    Build a plan worth discussing

Draft a plan of changes you're considering. MeDB shows you knock-on effects — so you don't fix one thing and nudge another out of place — then helps you take a clean summary to your GP. They review and approve it. You stay in control; your doctor stays in the loop.

  5. 5

    Re-test and see the difference

MeDB keeps track of what's due to re-check and when, so your next test actually tells you something. Did it work? Now you'll know.

That's the loop. The more you go around it, the clearer your picture gets.
